Let rivers flourish!
Great lakes and marshlands!
Lifeforms multiply
In time, diversify
Mighty behemoths
Beasts of sea and sky
Balanced, great and small
Joy brought to my eyes
Everything I see is good
Rejoice, creation divine!

Birthed through toil and anguished groans
Spirits trampled, whipped and slashed
Deserters reduced to bone and ash
An emperor with a tyrant's mind
Delusions of grandeur have made blind
Through callous enticing lies
Deceives all, and all pay the price
Cracking whips rip the flesh
Abuse taught as lessons blessed
Dare ye not stand and protest
Lest ye suffer his wrath's tempest
Armored fiends with sword in hand
Carry out their leader's demands
Oversee the slaves, command
And unto rebels, reprimand
A life of labor for a thousand years
A monument built on bloodied tears
Caring not for their woeful moans
The king ascends and claims his throne

No matter where I go
THEY'LL find me...
They come in thousands
They come with plague
Sent forth to fulfill
Their god's unholy rage
The pursuit for wealth and fame
The lust for silver and gold
Ends only in death, shame
And nightmares untold
I hear them in the halls
I hear them in the dark
Screeching, foraging
Eternally searching
Peace has withdrawn
For I've been marked
The rats have found me again
I can hear them crawling in the walls
The rats...they have found me again...
I have heard their master's call...
